Summary
Lonie Paxton is a 3x Super Bowl Champion member of the New England Patriots dynasty and board member of the High Fives Foundation. That makes him the perfect guest this week as snow and football season are right around the corner. And, while Lonie is more known for his work on the gridiron, he loves action sports, especially snowboarding. That love, combined with his hustle, connections and access made him one of the first Red Bull ambassadors in the NFL. Then, after his time in the league, he went on to crush it with GoPro. It's a cool story and Roy Tuscany asks the Inappropriate Questions

| 0:13.3 | Welcome to the Powell Movement. |
| 0:17.1 | I'm your host Mike Powell, |
| 0:18.5 | and I'm happy to say that my Angepaloosa events went off spectacularly. |
| 0:23.6 | Over three days, we had three different events. |
| 0:26.3 | Friday night was a chill Marquetti spaghetti dinner on Al-Kai Beach. |
| 0:30.4 | It was the calm before the storm where friends and close family could get to know each other. |
| 0:35.0 | For me, it was cool, but when you're in a room with pictures of your dead wife everywhere, peers could start flowing at any minute, and that was pretty much how the weekend went for me. So we had that great dinner on Friday, and then Saturday night was going to be the big party, and on Friday, I let some of the girls know that Anja Roki, which was what Saturday night was all about, it was karaoke to Ange's favorite songs, that was going to start at 9 p.m. And the girls were like, what? We're going to be ready to party at 7. And that was strange to me, as when doors open at 7, people usually show at 9, but not for Ant. By 7.30, we had 100 people in the bar. and at 1.30 a.m. when I left, there were still at least |
| 1:14.0 | 100 people in the bar. People were partying their faces off. The only problem with that night was that some |
| 1:19.8 | idiot walked out of the bar with a full beer, and that's a total no-no in the bar world, and the |
| 1:25.2 | staff was totally pissed off for a minute. The good thing was, total idiot was me. And while they weren't happy to see me with a beer in my hand, they took it for me and when they realized I was the widower, they let it slide a little bit. And really, that only happened because I was in rare form and it was a really rough day. Like I said, I was looking around and seeing pictures of ants everywhere, but I would never really see ants in my life again. So that's just a hard pill to swallow when you're out there and I wasn't taking any pills or anything like that. I don't do that kind of stuff. But either way. Sunday was the big celebration of life. And going into this one, I was really worried about parking and my shuttle system. But everything worked out, |
| 2:02.1 | and I'll say that I've thrown a ton of events in my life, and none have gone this smoothly. |
| 2:06.8 | Everything worked out exactly as planned. And in the crowd for this one, there were like seven |
| 2:12.0 | different circles of Anz's life thing. She had so many friends, and every group had the same thing to say about her. How she lit up |
| 2:19.1 | every room she went into, how she was the life of the party and the funniest person everyone knew. |
| 2:24.2 | But for me, the coolest part of all of this wasn't just hearing all that from everyone because I know |
| 2:28.8 | that. I live with her. That's why I married her. But it was hearing Keaton afterwards just talk about |
| 2:33.5 | how many cool people were at the |
| 2:35.4 | event. He was like, wow, mom had so many cool friends. And most kids think their parents aren't cool. |
| 2:42.4 | And Keaton doesn't think I'm cool most of the time. He didn't think Ange was cool most of the time. |
| 2:46.1 | But really, when he was able to see this celebration of life, it really showed Keaton how cool his mom was. |
