0:17.1	I'm your host Mike Powell, and holy shit, have the past three weeks been a nightmare.
0:21.6	I haven't really been sharing much because Ange didn't want me to talk about her on the podcast like she was content.
0:27.6	And she's not content. I'm just really sharing my life.
0:31.6	And I feel like I can update you on that now because Ange updated the world on Instagram and she made me a collaborator on
0:38.9	that post. So if I can tell everyone in Instagram world, I can tell you as well. So as many of you know,
0:45.7	Ange has stage four colon cancer and she's had it for like two years or she had stage three and
0:50.5	then it turned into stage four. And she was trying to get in a trial that was supposed to
0:54.3	start in January. So she was taken off her chemotherapy after 39 rounds of it, and that
0:59.9	happened in December. But the trial that was supposed to start in early January didn't start
1:04.4	until the last day of February. And between being taken off in December and the start of the
1:09.2	trial at the end of February, she was never put back on chemo.
1:12.6	So the cancer grew. The pain built and bad things started happening. And Ann's has been in the hospital for 18 days.
1:19.6	And for most of the time, it really felt touch and go. Needless to say, we didn't get into that trial that we were told we would start in January,
1:32.4	so now we need this latest round of radiation to work so we can get back into chemotherapy.
1:33.8	Fuck cancer.
1:36.5	I can't tell you the toll it's taken on Ange.
1:40.6	And while we're finally home, the pain and the battle goes on.
1:45.2	You know, Ange used to hate being called a warrior or saying that she was in battle or anything like that, but she totally is. I mean, if you look at her, she has the battle scars to prove it.
