0:23.0	We were blindsided from an appointment for routine blood work that turned into a scan, that turned into a pet scan, which turned into a diagnosis of stage four cancer, which turned into a major surgery.
0:34.4	Ange is a day out of surgery as I record this. They had to remove a bunch of stuff,
0:38.5	and the bad news that I know of right now is that they couldn't get to everything. So now she is
0:43.7	an excruciating pain as she heals, and we figure out the next steps in treating the cancer that
0:48.5	is left. This is really all I care to share this week, as all the other information that the
0:53.0	doctors are giving us is all speculative. And that's the last thing you guys need to hear is speculation. So I'll share what
0:59.7	I'm comfortable with, and that's the facts and my feelings. And the feelings part of this is the
1:04.4	hardest part. First and foremost, it is so difficult to watch the loved one in pain. So I have that
1:10.0	going on. And while that's brutal,
1:12.1	really, the pain is temporary, but the fear of death is real, and it's so hard to put into words
1:17.3	without crying. For me, it's like when I'm not upset, I feel numb. I'm like a deer in the headlights
1:23.0	half the time. But then I have to try to be as supportive and empathetic as possible when I'm
1:27.4	around and, and then I have to keep things normal as supportive and empathetic as possible when I'm around
1:27.7	and, and then I have to keep things normal and upbeat with Keaton, all while letting him know
1:32.2	that things aren't normal. It's a weird existence right now. It's like I have three different
1:36.7	personalities that I have to be depending on my situation. And then you add on everything that
