I'm your host Mike Powell, and this week it's been a total pain in the ass.

What I mean by that is that I had my first colonoscopy, and while I usually keep talk about

0:25.6

anal out of the podcast, I feel like it's important to share the story of having a camera

1:26.2

really made her happy is all the support we've been getting from so many friends. And I do need to thank all of the

1:31.1

folks that have contributed to our meal train. There are so many people who've been asking

1:35.0

how they can help. And while I feel like we have our bases covered with this thing,

1:39.0

Anne's created a meal train for those who kept asking and wondering what they could do for us. Thank you to everyone who was signed up and cook for us.
