Summary
Lance Hakker is a self-described "darkman" which makes him the perfect guest for a business episode. Lance makes things happen behind the scenes in the world of boardsports and you know what he has done, but you never hear his name. His resume speaks for itself though…from K2 to founding Ashbury and Videograss and then on to The Berrics and now Element, Lance has had some amazing gigs and shares the behind the scenes of it all. It's another great listen and my second business podcast in a row with an identical twin!

| 0:44.8 | At least I used to be known as that, when you blow your own horn, and God, I wish I could blow my own |
| 0:49.5 | horn, but when I do that, I usually jinx myself. But enough about games. |
| 0:57.6 | As I mentioned last week, we quarantined with another family. |
| 1:02.0 | And when you listen to this, we'll be sitting in the sun on Deer Lake. |
| 1:04.5 | Funny thing is, we don't even know where that is. We just search for an Airbnb on a lake, and there were like three spots left, so we booked the one on Deer Lake. |
| 1:11.0 | So this week is all about not thinking about all the bad things happening in this country, |
