0:40.8 | Before we get into the body of today's show, I wanted to talk about how to determine if you should be gluten-free or how gluten-free you need to be, |
0:48.0 | and also a simple protocol for stress and for adrenal fatigue. |
0:52.6 | So, yes, while being gluten-free can be helpful for many people, |
0:58.0 | it's also an issue, I think, that it's shrouded in fear and dogma. And we've talked about this |

1:08.5 | right. Eating gluten when you should be avoiding it can, of course, |
1:12.0 | impair your health. However, and as we've discussed before, over avoiding gluten can also |
1:17.0 | detract from your health because of the fear, stress, and social repercussions this carries. |

1:29.8 | craft an accurate and reasonable set of recommendations. |
