Ha ha! Yes, they're coming to take me with it.

Yes, they're coming to take us away or me or, I don't know, maybe all of us.

This is Mark Chaplin with the Toxic Wise Show here on Renegate Talk Radio from Las Vegas.

Oh my, my, my, well, we're back to normal, I guess you'd say, because we always do our Halloween Thanksgiving and, of course, a long-time stretch of Christmas specials with hot cocoa and whipped cream.

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, wasn't that good?

And I'm still having a hot cocoa and whipped cream. Still on my new program. I'm playing ball and swimming a couple times a week. But I've cut out, like, the donuts and the sugar stuff and desserts. And, you know, when you have dessert, I always have tea after supper and when it's colder. And I always have a hot tea. I love my tea. I like ice caps, but inside the house I like my hot tea.

And I always had dessert with a cake, pie, ice cream, cupcakes, muffins, some kind of big hunk of dessert.

Pie, apple pie, pumpkin pie, chocolate cake, pudding, you name it.

And it just kind of gets to taking a use to, as they say, without skipping desserts.

It really does.

I've done it before a few times.

And we just kind of, you just kind of wean yourself off it.

And after a while, not to say that I still don't go buy a chocolate cake,

I want to stick my head in it, and eat the whole thing.

I do.

But the urges and the temptations and the desire get a little less increased every time. And I do feel better. I almost said I do feel body, but my body does feel better, my mind. Cutting back on the sugar. Christmas cookies, molasses cookies, Christmas cakes,
