Hey guys, welcome back to Thick and Thin with yours truly. My name is Katie Bilotti,

for those of you who don't know who the heck is speaking on this podcast.

I'm a 23 year old social media coordinator by day,

blogger by night, and this is my podcast

where I basically let all of my thoughts and feelings

run rampant, and I just talk for days, literally,

literally for days, about various topics, just things that pop into my brain throughout my day to day. I have this little notebook here that I religiously just have on me and I always just write down little things throughout the day and

little places that my mind wanders

and I sit down and I unpack them for you guys,

all these thoughts every single week here on the podcast.

They can thin comes out every Thursday, sometimes late Wednesday night,

sometimes early Thursday morning just depends on the grind. But yeah, so that is what the podcast is all about. I feel like I really don't describe like what the whole podcast theme is very often.

So that's a little description for you guys.

But anyway, tonight's episode of thick and thin is an interesting one

if you guys listened to last week's episode it was about you know being a muse and

being too much and being criticized for it or criticizing yourself for it and all of those

different things and something about last week's episode that a lot of you guys

really loved was the fact that I brought in some history and I talked about Sarah Murphy as you

guys might remember who was the muse of so many literary and art geniuses and you

know it's just she was kind of outspoken and just different for her time and kind of

shook up the cultural norm so you guys really loved that I pulled in you know some
