Do you have a wonder what people are really thinking about?

I'm feeling lost today.

I tried to find my way back, but the landscape has changed.

And now I'm miles away from where I belong.

It's so easy to get lost in our negative thoughts.

I'll never be good enough.

My life doesn't matter.

I hate the way I look.

I can't do it all.

I'll always be miserable.

God just doesn't care about me.

The Bible says, as a man thinks in his heart, so he is.

It really is the thought that counts.

Many of life's battles are either one or lost right here in the mind.

For those of you that are Christians, you know that at some point in your life,

when you called on the risen son, the Lord Jesus Christ,

there was a transformation that took place.

You were spiritually born and new.

And the moment that you were, there was a battle that started in your life.

Paul kind of talked about this battle in Romans 7.

You probably know a lot about it.

He said, why is it that the things I want to do, I don't do the things I don't want to do, I end up doing.
