All right, today we're going to be talking about what I'm calling toxic laziness.

Now we hear that term toxic thrown around a lot.

Someone has a toxic work environment.

Someone has been the victim of toxic masculinity and whether or not that word is being used

properly in all of those respects is not the point of this subject, though we could

debate it for a bit.

But I want us to think about the word toxic first off.

It's something that has a negative impact on a person, usually in an area of health in

some way, and is an ongoing problem, something that gets worse and worse and worse.

And it usually implies that the thing that's having a negative effect is hidden and is

just causing that worse condition to be kind of mysterious.
