There's nothing more complex or frustrating or at least nothing more complex or frustrating that I've experienced.

That is a toxic friendship. That is a friendship where boundaries have been crossed, lines have been crossed, and you almost don't know where your individuality begins

and where that friendship or relationship begins or ends. It gets really mixed up and

meshed and can be really overwhelming and if you've never experienced anything like this

then it's very likely that a lot of what I'm going to say is going to seem really complex and you're going to be like, wow, I don't ever want to go through

something like that. But if you have experience something like this or if you're in a

friendship like this, I do hope that my experiences and what I've been through can help you and be supportive for you

during this time and just know that I'm not claiming to have all the answers

for the word toxic is a very bad unpleasant or harmful for example a toxic relationship.

Now we hear a lot about toxic relationships I mean there's like movies about really

toxic romantic relationships but we're not going to go there today. We might

briefly go there but we're going to be talking about toxic friendships and

like controlling friendships and just really complicated stuff that a lot of people have gone through and I think a lot

of young women go through and I think a lot of in the day of social media and just like wanting

to feel connected and wanting to feel close,
