0:05.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be toxic drama, a trip through crazy town.
0:11.6	So this is an interesting email.
0:13.3	This particular guy, he had read 3% Man three times before he got into this relationship,
0:23.4	and it lasted about nine months and he's already left the relationship but he doesn't want to get back together but he's
0:29.9	just basically wants some feedback what could I have done differently how could I have handled
0:34.1	this better being pretty objective and so there's some things that happen here.
0:40.8	He's like, I think my ex-girlfriend might have had narcissistic personality disorder.
0:46.8	He's gone to therapy for it, trying to figure her out.
0:49.7	But there's just some really crazy things going on here.
0:52.9	She's gaslighting him. And I don't want to spoil it because it's like some of the stuff you things going on here. She's gaslighting them.
0:55.1	And I don't want to spoil it because it's like some of the stuff you're going, damn.
1:00.2	So it's a good email on the kinds of behaviors and things to look for because these kinds of
1:06.5	women are out there.
1:08.2	Like, you know, when I was younger, I didn't, I didn't know any of this stuff
1:11.3	existed. But obviously doing this for a living and having encountered and done thousands and
1:18.3	thousands of phone sessions over the last 20 years with guys all over the world and every
1:23.1	cultural background and they've come across these kinds of women and like you don't they don't prepare you
1:28.8	for this kind of stuff or to deal with these kinds of people and when you're growing up they
1:33.8	don't teach anything about this in school and so it's like a lot of a lot of us just find out the
1:38.7	hard way about it one of the things it's interesting and uh dr dianaanna, Dominic Deanna, Be Simplywell.com,
1:46.0	it was saying that there was a study that he had read and it said that one out of every three women that's over the age of 30, 33, something like that,
