What is up, Essie? Welcome back to another episode. I am Sam, and I'm Taylor. This episode is so highly requested, probably since we started into it of eating in the summer.

Yeah, I think it just took us a little while to actually do it, be in the field of actually intuitively eating, to talk about it, because this is our first time where we have full food freedom, and we want to be able to share that with you guys, and hopefully help you guys down the road to get to where we are with food.

Yeah, and I'm really happy that we waited because I feel like we just have like overall, like an entire experience to share, coming up on a year of really, really understanding our bodies and the way we like to eat to feel good, look good without tracking our food.

Kind of like a lot to talk about this week. I wrote a few book points down first and foremost, being I took my first berries class this week, and I took it.

I took two over the weekend because I wanted to like start my like workout split the right way because I have a new workout split now, but it's funny because we got called out in our DMs after I posted berries workout. Did we?

Yeah, I guess like a year ago, we should on berries workouts. Well, you did. She did. Yeah, so you said, quote unquote, like I don't understand the point of it. Like if you're raising your cholesterol as a woman, like, it's not good for you. Like, oh, cortisol.

Yeah, I mean, I'm just like a hit workout like girly, but like we get to move in as we get to move in and obviously like the thing is one things like our set.

A year ago, she was like, I should said that like the comment like really wrote to the wrong way. And she like stops like listening to the podcast and then she saw that I work out and now she's listening to the podcast.

Yeah, I mean, but here's the thing like there's so many things like especially with podcasts when like like you're talking for an hour every single week.

Like I listen to a lot of podcasts where they say things every now and then where I'm like, I disagree. But like, would you eat everybody?

But you can just disagree and keep us like, I say if you want to disagree, but like that's the beauty of this world is you can think whatever you want.

And especially disagreeing over a workout class. I'm not talking disagreeing over anything serious. Like we're just talking about a workout class.

Like if you disagree, disagree. Like do you like it literally doesn't matter to me. Like I'm not a hit workout girly. I'll go to one for shits and giggles. I'll show up and I'll try.

But I mean, I think it's cool that you go. And it's also like everything's always circumstantial. Like you can't live tabby right now. So you have to go to class.

Like everything is circumstantial. So like someone saying, oh, well, this may not be like the best workouts, but you can possibly do in your whole entire life.
