really bring back the economy to where it needs to be.

You can't really deal with a lot of those underlying issues effectively until you get

people feeling it once again as if they're safe.

And he's putting the emphasis on COVID, which could be true.

Man, where I live, the weather was spectacular and it was amazing.

The number of people out and about doing things.

I wonder if that's what spring and summer is going to look like around the country.
