We have a teacher lounge.

I guess we had an issue with people using the microwave.

There was like bullet points and it was like if it's just a strong smell in general.

There was a school where like in the group of teachers, it literally felt like I was back in high school.

There were clicks.

Wasn't there somebody that tried to like little boy you all the time?

I was viewed as like that child, first year, second

year, third year teacher. I realized that it was just like, you have a personal thing towards me.

She was just like awful, awful to me and always just like so condescending. Your perspective

is that they sucked as a teacher sometimes and that's why they became a principal. I always tell

people and I stand by this. Sometimes it don't matter if you was a rock star teacher.

Just because you were a good teacher,

doesn't mean you're going to be a good principal.

But some people who are in the administration

don't know how to talk to people.

Of course they don't.

They're grown children.

And they give you advice that they can't do themselves.

Right.

This administrator in my first school crash and burn because every teacher knew that you taught

for three years and you got out of the class as fast as you possibly could.

Which, shouldn't there be a limit or something of how long you have to be a teacher?
