Hey guys, thanks for always tuning in to this installment of the Uproom Dallas podcast.

Looked at 1st Corinthians chapter 12 this week.

It's a follow up to John 13 the week before serving like Jesus.

This week's message is towels, not trophies, looking at the gifts of the spirit, and the purpose of the gifts

is for the edification of the body, and that we are supernaturally connected as the body

of Christ, both on a global level, but most importantly on a local level with believers

we're walking with, and that these gifts are supernaturally empowered to connect us to one another so I pray you're encouraged to pray that

there's activation actually that happens through the power of the Holy Spirit these gifts

flowing through you to serve others and that target is love. So buckle up.

And then I'm also grateful for my good friend, David Bradshaw, who's here. And I just want to reiterate October 9th through the 12th.

He's hosting a four-day event on the Capitol, the mall there, and the Capitol, he'll have a mile-long table

for the body of Christ to take communion. He has 50 tents that will be 24-7 worship. Aren't you

grateful for guys full of faith? What David is carrying is very significant.

And so let's pray for them.

If you can make it up to D.C., that would be amazing October 9th through the 12th.

So it's going to be an amazing event.
