1:02.0	Nurse meant to administer Versed IV.
1:05.0	Instead pulled out of the PIXIS VECUERONIUM, which is a neuromuscular paralyzing agent.
1:14.0	Pushed the drug, reconstituted, pushed the drug.
1:17.0	Patient went into the scanner, no monitoring.
