of it is everybody experiences grief sometimes and it's something that we don't get to escape.

D.D. McDonald who knows all about grief. She lost her mother and father. And now even as a therapist

herself, she's wrestling with bouncing back. And we have a powerful conversation that I believe

and it's something that can be a dud. Yeah. Yeah. At first of all, my deepest condolences to you,

just a little bit of a backstory on D.D. at the age of 30, she lost her last living parent,

you know, just over just just under two months ago, she lost her father and then her mother

just recently. And you can imagine how devastating that is. And D.D. is a therapist, you know. And so,

you know, for her living or career is to to counsel others and she does that and to help and support

others. And yet real life happens even to those of us who are charged and even trained

to help others. And so again, my condolences, it's difficult. How have you been managing?

Oh, definitely getting a lot of support from the one family. Just eating when I'm serving,

I always tell them that I feel like I'm being fed because it's something about knowing you're not alone.

Even in my job, it's one of my positions is very fairly new for the new role I'm taking on.
