Oh, not much, mate, just a bit of a lap of France, a little stint in, I was going to say Belgium, Denmark.

I'm tired now, to be honest, yeah. How are you?

I'm all right. I've not been as busy as you, but it has been a very enjoyable three weeks.

Watching you, on your way around Denmark and then France. Do you know what I thought I've had in

my head actually for the last three weeks? We've talked quite a lot on this show and in your books about your very first tour de France in 2007.

When you were riding for the slightly shunkey at times Italian Timbalo world and you were just in a world of pain.

And as I've watched you in the last three weeks, it seemed as if you've demonstrated every single lesson that you've learned in every tour you've done since then, this time around.

Yeah, it did kind of feel a bit like that.

It was, obviously, there's the two young whippersnappers these days, isn't it?

Jonas, Bingergaard, and Taday Pugacha, who we've had on this pod.

But yeah, there was just no point in trying to follow them when they were sprinting up

mountains, basically, for like 10 seconds at a time, or longer, or whatever it was.

So, yeah, it was just all about, well, as I was saying it was. So yeah it's just all about well as I was saying

the team it's just all about getting to Paris as quickly as possible in it so you don't want to

burn your matches too soon and all that and yeah I think as a team we raised as best as we could
