Hello. Time Trial Day,

Kaye's favorite day of the whole Tour de France.

You know, I have previously, I have disparaged the time trial,

perhaps unfairly, and I'm not going to walk that back entirely but it was a it was a good TT today

It was exciting there was enough on the line there were enough different stories enough different narratives my fundamental problem with time trials is they just different whole lot of riding on them really because you kind of know how everyone's going to do you

know who's a good time trial you know who's not and you kind of just know and

there are exceptions end of the tour last year and I think today. Today was a great

time trial. I very much enjoyed watching today's time trial. I think time trials are great.

So but we've got a ton to talk about today. Time trialing in general,
