how are you Ronan? I'm good. I think that's the first time I've seen you have to take

three goes at that. Are you getting it but is this turtle friends wearing you thin about?

Yeah. Yeah, you know, generally, generally I have sort of a rough spot around like stage four, which is actually about how long I've been here

for because normally I show up like a week before the tour front starts and then you know so by

stage four I've been here for about 10 days I think that's about how long I've been here so today's stage 4 for me I'm just I'm

having a rough one I'm having a rough one we're in Poe at the moment, home to all sorts of interesting history here at the Tour de France,

one of my very first tours.

This is the 73rd time, or possibly the 74th. I can't remember the weather was 73 previous or this is the 73rd,

but a lot of times the torto-fronts has come to Poe. Many times it is a rest day and rest days at the Torfrons for decades.

We're just full of fascinating things that would happen.

You would have

all kinds of interesting stuff.

One of my first tortoors, actually, I was having a lovely dinner here in Poe and got

interrupted two-thirds of the way through because Frank Schleck had tested positive

and we had to go hang off of his, off of the gates outside his hotel and try to get a quote and it was a

riveting first experience here at the Tour de France and there's been many of those

over the years. It's also where White Van Art had this crash a few years back in the

time trial. Thought it might have been career ending at the time? That's right it was a

the TT and kind of a nasty right-hand corner. Ian Trelloer and I were on the

race at that point in time and we walked down there and it was a it was bad scene. It was it was nasty and yeah it could have been I think people actually we've all sort of forgotten that that happened to him

but it really could have been career ending that particular crash and way
