Patrick Chung has been charged with the Class B felony.

And what is that, New Hampshire there?

Yeah, he has a home right near Lake Winnipe Socki and earlier this summer, he was indicted on August 8th, but this all stems from the police going to his house on June 25th where they're responding to what's being called a call for service.

No arrests were made. There was a statement that said from the police during the course of that call, police obtained evidence, which led to the current charges being filed. And if you don't really, can't really understand what the hell just happened. Big Jim Murray of all people, he quoted a source yesterday that got picked up by a bunch of the press that said that Patrick Chung, while he wasn't home, he had an alarm that was tripped for breaking and entering.

The police show up to check on the home have probable cause because of that to enter the home and ultimately end up finding cocaine, which led to the investigation and the indictment.

There's a bunch of neighbors said that Patrick Chung was almost never home.

There were people doing construction going in and out.
