and I'm sorry, I have to completely derail everything for a moment

because I saw a story this morning that I just,

I can't understand the logic behind any of it.

I'm trying to understand, and maybe John and maybe Joe,

you can, uh, uh, uh, you can try to put some sense into me. Why I'm not seeing, not reading

between the lines when it comes to what I'm seeing here. So the, I guess the new hot thing is to do

directors cuts of movies and to put them out the way that you originally wanted it without

the studio

meddling and everything.

Like millions upon millions of dollars were spent trying to polish the turd that was the

Justice League movie that I guess came out years ago.

You know, that whole thing with Zach Snyder and Superman and Batman.

And I guess like in the middle of the whole thing, Zach Snyder, the director, who's not a very good director at all, ended up having some family emergency. He had to leave so they got the guy who did the Avengers, Jaws Weeden to come in and fix it all, and it ended up being just a big pile of crap. Well, it was no surprise because Batman versus Superman was crap, blah, blah, blah, blah. Now I'm getting nerdy. But the bottom line is,

HBO spent like millions upon millions of dollars to let the director go in and basically recut everything.

So this is the new hot thing.
