The hearing is that the scooter riders are soft laws.

The deal with the modern day praying call now with all the identification and everything

is apparently city council meetings because there's two gentlemen who have mastered the art

of disrupting a city council meeting. Do we know their names?

I mean, they go under the names Chad Kroger and I think like JJ something, which I don't get the

reference of the second guy. Obviously the first one being the singer of Nickelback.

It's not KK. Dowling. No, no, no, no, no. I would of course know that.

But this is a, these two guys are fantastic. And what they do is they continue to go to city council meetings all around California. They kind of got to jump from one city to the next until they, so they don't get sniffed out. Even though there's at some point, I think some of the city council members just go, oh, it's these guys again. But you have to give them equal time.

And trust me, they're at times probably the least strange people that show up at some of these deals.
