And yesterday, the topic came up.

There was a story that my niece had told me about having to clean up a bar fight.

She works at like a restaurant and it involved having to clean up blood and vomit and stuff like that.

And I was just like, that's a, I don't get paid enough for this crap moment. And so we just started talking about, you know, it seems like everyone in this room has had a, I don't get paid enough for this moment. And it just kind of started spitball into a bunch of stuff. And all of a sudden we see that on line one there's a phone call from it says Mike

Gorman and once again Mike Gorman not scheduled to be on yesterday just listening to the show

calls in and he told us a story that this is how it all went down yesterday and we have some

which I would have thought I would have been told the you know as soon as this call came in about it but I had to find out for myself it says Mike Gorman on line one of is Mike is a that is absolutely Mike Gorman how are you doing I'm doing good I had a job I wanted to contribute to the show here okay um between my senior year in high school and freshman year in college, I had a job in the pumping station where all the sewage goes through.

And they have these pipes that have a diameter of probably about four or five feet.

And the sewerage comes running down through that.

There's a screen.

And then 10 feet later, there's another screen. 10 feet later, there's another screen. There's to screen out more and more blank. Somebody has to clean the screens. So that was my job. Every half hour to get down with this rake-like thing and scrape it up, scrape everything that had caught up in the filters, which we found some interesting stuff over the course of the summer that I was there. But I only made it through about half the summer. And finally, we burned our clothes one day. But it's just my buddy and I who both worked there. We burned our clothes outside, went home in our underwear, and that was the end of that. Okay. Were you dating at the time? Was I dating at the time?

Yeah, because I'm serious.

I mean, I used to work at a sandwich place.

I just worked at Subway, and I would smell like sandwiches all day,

no matter how many showers I took.

Oh, yeah, yeah.

Yeah, we had a note about us all summer long time.

So you, ooh-la-la-la by Gorman. The thing is the thing that was the worst about this is you would find body parts. Oh, what? What? Yes, body parts. And we would have to call the police, and the police would come over and fill out all these forms and everything. But this would happen once every four or five days. Are you kidding me? Once every four to five days, you'd find a, like, what kind of body parts? Fingers. Was this like Dorchester Southy days, Mike? Yes. Okay, all right. It's a pumping station. There's a pumping station over by, I think, over by city hospital. And you get on an elevator and you go down about, I don't know how long.

It's probably 50, 100 feet down.

And then you went to this place where all these pipes are that are pumping sewerage in the Boston Harbor, I assumed.
