I have something that's really important that I have to do,

whether it's a big television show or a big presentation or whatever it is,

and I have to be on my game.

I do what Jerry told us to do.

When you get confused, listen to the music play.

And you get that music in your body, in your soul, and it carries you.

And the sense of the future,

the sense of looking forward,

which was what the grateful bed are always all about.

That is what carries us through the tough times.

Just turn it on. And I'm so lucky that I've listened so much,

I don't even have to turn it on anymore.

It's just there.
