Well, I wanted to address something real quick. I mean,

last week, several eventful things happened involving our show and this station here,

the flagship station that we're on. A few months ago, we had a pretty awesome moment together

when the spring ratings were released. Our show had set the record for the highest

ratings in Boston morning radio history. It was a really cool day for all of us. And, you know,

because of the listeners, it was a humbling moment, just a feel-good thing all around for everyone

around us. What we didn't expect was that three months later in our next ratings book,

which just came out on Thursday,

we would top our previous number and set the record again,

this time, with a 24.2 share.

So just to put things in perspective,

having a 10 share in morning radio,

it's considered dominant,

and having a 12 share is something that's nearly unheard of.

A 24 share is in major market morning drive.

It's just, you know, I had some people in some higher ups and radio tell me last week that

they had never even seen a number get close to that in their years there. It'd be like going

to the Oscars and winning every Oscar in every category. It just doesn't happen. We've been saying
