during every break i've been reading this story about what it takes to

nutritionally and physically the toll it takes on you to do the torn of fronds

So it's like you get osteoporosis afterwards because your body starts eating the bone.

Because you lose muscle, believe it or not, and you lose, obviously you have no fat anyway.

You start losing muscle.

And then it starts eating away at your bone.

It's tough enough endurance-wise to bike 100 miles in one day at a high rate. But then you have those mountain stages through the Pyrenees or whatever mountain range they're going through. I mean, some of those hills that they go up, and you have to go up fast, I mean, are just brutal. The inclines? 5,000 calories a day. Oh, my God. All right. So, Rich, there's a lot going on in the news.

There is a, you know, you're hearing about people's thoughts on the new Supreme Court nominee there that Trump has.

People have varying opinions on that. But it's not just all about the federal government of the judiciary.
