Do you know, like, by the day? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I figure you would.

So you see, how long did you go to rehab for?

Literally like a couple hours.

So you, do you know, you checked yourself in and then what happens?

They give you a cavity exam?

No, no, no, no, no, no.

It was like nothing like that.

It was like during like the whole like process and everything and like checking in.

And I'm like like you know what i i i don't i've kind of i've already been scared straight and i was just done i was just done i'm like oh my god is this what it's going to take you know what i can i can do this so it's not like i did it alone but i'm like no i'll go to meetings and i had already met people and I had already tried to like quit and it and I wasn't an everyday drinker but I'm like, no, I'll go to meetings, and I had already met people, and I had already tried to, like, quit, and I wasn't an everyday drinker, but it's like, I would just, like, you know, have these episodes, and I'm going to, I'm like, okay, I'm just done now. Can I leave? I promise I'm okay. I'm not going to hurt myself or anybody else, but. Is it a pain the ass once you go to get out? Yes. What do they, like,

because that's what's scary about rehab,

I would imagine,

is that like even if you check yourself in do you have to do they

really probably discourage you from leaving no they just it's essentially the same as like being

in a hospital and trying to um what do you call, discharge against medical advice. Right. You know, and I think that's what it is. It's a long time ago. So I can't remember like all the ins and outs of it. But, you know, there were going to be insurance issues and all that stuff. And that was part of it. And, you know, trying to, like,

oh, we already processed you. I'm like, can I just go? Can I just, I'm done. Did you smoke cigarettes? Yeah. Yeah, because that's, I guess, the big thing in rehab, too. Yeah. Because you smoke like the dickens. Yeah. I just, I wanted nothing to do with it. And I think if I needed like detox, I would have been more compelled to stay.
