Welcome to part two of our conversation with Kevin Schmitz about being followed by the dead.

What led you to dive deeper than into the paranormal after having those experiences and almost losing your life?

I mean, what led you over to Dan and to getting more involved in that area and that interest of yours and that truly

passion of yours as well.

Well, that goes back to the whole film thing.

I had a friend that was working for a studio here that was one of the bigger studios in Buffalo

here.

And they were doing a zombie film and they were looking for ashes.

And I'm just like, no, I want nothing to do with that whatsoever.

Didn't interest me one bit.

She's like, well, come on, you know, I've been to your shows.

You play in front of hundreds of people and, you know, you have a personality.

You'll be fine. And I'm just like just like no I'm not interested so this went on for a little while and then she called me up she's like look they're doing another movie and they're casting for roles and you should really try out for one of the roles so she she was the kind of friend that just hounded me and hounded me and hounded me. And finally I gave in. And I went and I auditioned for this movie. And I

know I did terrible. I wasn't planning on getting it apart. I was just going to chalk it up

to a life experience. I could say, hey, you know, I auditioned for a movie.

Well, I ended up getting a part in the movie and then fell in love with the filmmaking aspect of it.

So I started becoming really active in the local film scene.

A lot of productions would specifically call me because I had a good reputation

and they wanted me to work on their films.

And then I became involved with the Buffalo Film Commission here,

which is the ones that handle all the big Hollywood movies that come here.

So then I started getting jobs in Hollywood movies that came to town.
