Bloor to talk about what Daniel Levy has described as unsustainable

spending in the Premier League, and also the effect of a, to this point, lackluster transfer

Seb, I want to ask you about Daniel Levy's statement last week, or a couple of weeks

ago, actually, regarding Tottenham's transfer policy.

This summer, we've seen the top clubs in the Premier League spend a lot of money,

with projections suggesting

that the league is set to break the window record of $1.1 billion this year, as it seems

to do every year nowadays. In the middle of all of this, Tottenham haven't signed any players.
