you know we we we we're gonna get back into what happened with Rand Paul

Senator Rand Paul after the speech last night and then we were just talking

about another city where there was mayhem marching downtown and smashing

windows again and another American city it's happening in cities all across

the country it's happening in a city near you and you might not know it

because it gets almost no news coverage partially because all our newsrooms

newspapers TV and radio are so hollowed out there's so there's so few people

to cover the news and then you got half the country that has at least that has

no interest in hearing that windows got smashed out of businesses and city hall

last night where they live it's just I can't even hardly believe it's happening

when you still have no interest what do you mean I don't feel like people are

paying attention are they still falling for the lie that this is civil rights

protesters protesting you know Breonna Taylor and George Floyd at all I don't

know I feel like I'm going crazy what happened years ago it would be a huge

deal there were rioters in your town last night smashing up businesses

barely makes the news the new normal maybe for a day nobody really seems to

talk much about it what are you gonna do now this is so crazy yeah it is it is

and and and and it's to me it's all the more disappointing that Trump talked for

an hour 15 last night and you know he talked he talked for so long that I

think a lot of the messages just got lost man they should have just been hammering

this over and over and over again yeah economy public safety economy public safety
