Just a short break to hear from our friends at the NSPCC.

Now, did you know that half a million children a year suffer abuse in the UK?

And that means seven children in a classroom experience abuse before they turn 18.

It's just awful, isn't it? And it simply can't go on.

And it doesn't have to, together, we can stop child abuse.

And that's why the NSPCC has created Childhood Day.

Now, it's the day that brings everyone in the UK together to protect children.

And look, we know that strong communities keep children safe.

So, to be there for more children, we need a bigger team.

We need everyone to play their part across the country.

And so, all around the UK schools, workmates, friends and family,

we'll be getting together for the Childhood Day mile.

And we don't care how you do it.

Just get together and do your mile your way,

whether that's walking it, wheeling it,

or perhaps you might even want a space hopper at Lou.

I mean, we should so do this, actually.

You, me and Imo, we should wheelbarrow a mile.

I mean, what's your reckon?
