defeat it and this is a i'm going to give you a big word today it's prelapsarianism i want to talk

about prelapsarianism and woke thinking the woke mentality is actually prelapsarian in a very

important way actually the mythologies of woke are prelapsarian in a very important way. Actually, the mythologies of woke are pre-lapsarian mythologies in some sense,

which I'm sure better theologians than I am can do something with.

so what does prelapsarian mean? Prelapsarian refers, theoretically, to the time before the fall.

So, in particular, it is the innocence of man in his original state. He has been created in the garden, so he exists, and he has not yet fallen.

So he is in his prelapsarian, before he lapsed in his judgment, his pre-lapsarian state.

Okay, so that period of time, if you will, from Genesis 2 to Genesis 3 is the pre-lapsarian period.

It doesn't last very long in the Bible. So pre-lapsarian man

refers to Adam and Eve before they ate from the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and

evil, and thus disobeyed God, and thus were cast out of the garden. So what am I talking about with woke being a pre-lapsarian fantasy

or a pre-lapsarian style of ideology? In fact, it's idealism, it's negative idealism, as I've

talked about in the past, really attaches to these pre-lapsarian fantasies. Now, I've talked about this

in other places and other times as being

connected to the old philosophical nuggets called state of nature arguments, which were very,

very popular, by the way, in the 18th century, in the 19th century, especially 18th. So the idea was to ask the question of who is man outside

of this thing we call civilization? If man was reduced again to his state of nature, or if we were

...
