Hello my friends I'm Deepak Chopra this is daily breath. There are two basic paths we take through life,

thinking and feeling. Rational thought is highly prized in an age of science and technology,

but in everyday life all kinds of feelings intervene.

Let's discuss this whole idea of feeling your way. In terms of dealing with one's life, there's a mixture of thinking and feeling

with one's life there's a mixture of thinking and feeling. This is true for everyone, even for those

who assume they are dealing with life mostly rationally. This mixture, thinking and feeling can be quite confusing. We need to

straighten it out if you want to make our way through life consciously in full

Feeling is always a part of every experience,

Let's take a few examples.

Think of a food you hate. Apparently, Mr. Trump and broccoli don't go together.

Now, see yourself putting a bite of this food in your mouth. Maybe broccoli, snails, boiled

cabbage, whatever you dislike. Try to taste it as if you loved it. Try to do that. Try to taste it as if you loved it instead of

hating it. You'll find that you can't. You can't because its taste is cemented to your feelings about it.

Imagine that you're on a long hike in the mountains and lose track of time.
