Yeah, so I actually when I was on the I learned this trick from Jay, we're gonna, in his new book, and when I was talking to him, I was like, man, these glasses, because I'm looking at myself on Zoom, so I see my picture, I'm like,

I look like a tourist or something.

So I ordered the clear one, so I don't have these goofy looking

monkey glasses or whatever.

No, but you know what, dude, let's be honest,

you know, this book is about or this

podcast is about living and optimized life versus living a life attached to sick care.

So this is very important. My vision, which I used to have fighter pilot vision, is is now shit you know being on screen as much as you and I are for the last five

to seven years of our lives I'm'm near-sighted now, Mike.

If I did not wear my glasses when I'm

doing in a lecture presentation or somewhere

we're a movie theater, I can't see.

I can't even read. Yeah this and by the way I'm also drinking a Coke Zero which is not the greatest thing in the world to do but so I'm loving it though we talked about that where if you're in Europe they have coke zero everywhere and you're in the US and you try to drink a diet coke

Coke and you want to throw up. It's literally disgusting.

And by the way, I'm addicted to Coke Zeros too.

I don't drink them as much, thank God,
