wonder what it's been like for you to grow up in Virginia, to go to

college in Maryland, to play for the Ravens, and then to have a two-year West Coast detour and now come back east and you're back in sort of the East Coast nuttiness of the NFL and of football.

So what's it been like for you so far to be back on the East Coast?

Yeah, it's been awesome to be back. I'm definitely still thankful for the opportunity that I had to go out west. I mean, that didn't work for me football wise, but I met some great people there.

I was able to kind of step out of my comfort zone a little bit.
