The deep south is now dealing with the aftermath of a devastating severe weather outbreak,

with the possibility of even more serious storms today.

This could be the fifth straight day of tornadoes large hail damaging winds and flash flooding.

But even as new storms are bearing down on the south, a lot of the focus is on cleaning up from

the last ones, the worst of which came on Friday night. Dozens of people were killed and injured

in Mississippi when a tornado flattened entire neighborhoods. It destroyed homes, a police department

and grocery stores, even the hospital was offline this weekend.

Early data from the National Weather Service shows that tornado could have been an EF-4,

meaning wind gusts could have reached up to 200 miles an hour.

EF-4 and EF-5 tornadoes are extremely dangerous and rare.
