So as it relates to the topic I thought I would just give you a very brief

from me how it relates to the topic. When I first was separated from alcohol,

it was October 17th of 1986.

And then close to five years of sobriety I was one that took that

one drink and so I was by God's grace separated from alcohol once again on June the 11th of 1990.

So let's go to page 59, which I want to refer to the short versions of the step and step one is going to be the step that addresses this topic but I want to introduce one, two, and three. On page 59,

step one says we admitted we were powerless over alcohol and that's the first half, Dash, that our lives had become

unmanageable the second half. And it refers to the problem and talks about the powerlessness.
