attended a couple of your meetings, I'm usually working this time of day but I very much

appreciate the enthusiasm that the members of the meeting have and the way you conduct

July 15th 1992 is my sobriety date, I didn't know that was going to be my sobriety date,

I did not decide to quit drinking that day.

The night before had been a terrible drop, four Miller genuine graphs, pretty wimpy bottom.

But I woke up on a Wednesday morning and I didn't drink and I didn't know why and looking

back on it and I got through Thursday and I didn't drink and I woke up Friday morning

July 17th 1992 and I knew I needed help, I knew something had to change and I was out of

ideas about how to try to fix it and alcohol had beaten me to the point where I became willing
