Good morning everybody, my name is Chris and I am an alcoholic.

On or around December 28th 1989 the Grace of God separated me from alcohol.

I found my way back into alcoholics anonymous, not really understanding what it was or what

I was really needing to do and the magic and the miracle started to happen to me and

I haven't had it.

I haven't found it necessary to have a drink since that time and I'm very, very grateful

for that.

You know, this morning I'm a stand-in for Sandy and I'm following Charlie and Katie.

That's, that is, that really is its all order.

Man, you know, Sandy had incredible impact on me early on.

You know, I think most of us have probably heard the drop the rock talk and some of his

steps study work, absolutely phenomenal, essential, I think for anybody, he's, he's one

of our great alcoholics anonymous philosophers, you know, and I've learned so much from him

over the years.

And I get to hang out with Charlie and Katie quite often these days and that's just, that's

like a show.

That's like recovery and a show, you know, I love that, I love that.
