Hey, good morning everyone, my name is Karen, I'm an alcoholic.

It's early for you all to be here.

I know you're sleeping habit, okay, my sobriety date is September 6, 1989.

I recently joined Design for Living because I moved out to the beach and if you, whoever,

I know there's a lot of new hands that were in this room and if you don't have a home

group, please go get one.

You might not like that home group but you'll find that you come to like that home group

because your home group is going to bring you this unlawed spirit and they're going

to teach you the things that I learned about a home group that I didn't trust you very

well, I didn't believe in you very well and I certainly wasn't going to listen to what

you had to tell me.

But by coming around, I learned that I wanted to be part of something and my home group

would give me an assignment such as greeting you at the door and I hate to touch at the

time.

My sponsor said, why do you hug like an ironing board?

I had no idea I'd hug like an ironing board.

If you were my guy, I dated, you know, about how that went, but so I came to and this part
