sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood him,

praying only for knowledge of his will for us and the power to carry that out.

I think it's interesting.

So thanks for asking me to come and thanks for asking me to just be a part of you guys and share my experience.

A lot of my experience came from what I was told and the instructions I was given,

the insights that I've had, the revelatory experiences that I've had.

And so I'm just going to share that.

You know, this is not a right or wrong thing.

It's not a correct way to do things the menu is not the meal the menu is not the meal very important the menu is pointing to the meal

and the meal for me is the revelatory experience of the spiritual awakening of the 12 steps

that happen after we incorporate these principles into our life after a period of time.

So this is a way of living for me.

You know, there's a friend ours and he used to say, at some point in the steps, the numbers got to come off.

So, I like to start with one of the things you guys gave me,

and one of the things the steps gave me was,
