Hi, everyone.

My name is Teresa, and I'm most definitely an alcoholic.

The date of my last drink was October the 13th of 1993, and I don't know about you, but

for me, that's a long time between drinks, for sure.

And the Beacon Group is my home group, and we do meet online, and we meet in person

on Monday nights and Wednesday nights, and so if you're in the Boston area, come see us in

the person, because you know, virtual is great, but as somebody was saying before

the meeting, it's really wonderful to see each other face-to-face, so we'd love to have

you.

So I have been asked to speak about spiritual outreach, and first of all, I want to talk

about what does that mean, you know, when I came to alcoholic synonymous, I got so

from down in Texas, which is where I did most of my drinking.

I'm from Spicytex, I don't know where that is, it's about four hours south of Houston,

four hours north of Mexico.

It's, you know, very tropical palm trees, Gulf of Mexico, Indian trees, hot humid, my kind

of weather.
