They've shot right up now. We're talking about self-esteem. It's a favorite topic.

Everyone thinks they've got low self-esteem. Oh, we're going to look at that.

So some people name me, some people don't. I've been service since 24th July 1993.

I've had a relationship with Alainon since September 1995.

And those are the two main things I've done that have helped.

Self-esteem, what's the problem?

Well, certainly before I got to recovery and certainly before I was even drinking.

So when my Alainonism was the only condition that was active because that started very early.

I was aware of having something which would conventionally be called low self-esteem.

So I never felt I was good enough.

When you go to speaker meetings, people usually begilver up 20 minutes ago and I was a child.

I felt separate. I always felt different. I never felt I was good enough. It's a standard standard field.

I didn't add a quote socially. I didn't look good enough. I was not good enough at sport.

I mean, in my case, there were more dramatic manifestations than that.

There was some quite virulent self-harm going on and suicidal ideation and suicidal thoughts.

I don't get graphic. I don't trigger some people. There's no need to get graphic.
