My name is John and I'm an alcoholic and it's great to be here, man.

To experience the worldwide fellowship of AA, man, you know, I'm a big advocate of Zoom.

Zoom is absolutely saved my life, man.

It's exposed me to the best people on this planet in alcohol, it's anonymous and used

to be AA's worldwide, AA's worldwide, but now I've gotten to really experience the

fellowship, you know, meeting my friend like Gordon, I've seen Gordon in a while, you

know, and to see him pop up on the screen, I was like, wow, man, you know, these friendships,

you know, that evolved through a computer screen, you know, but, you know, the language

of the heart still works, man, you know, when somebody's speaking from the heart, I feel

it, computer or not, live and in person or on computer, I feel the language of the heart.

I'd like to welcome Tillock, man, you know, a couple days sober, dude, it's, it's a hard

place to be for an alcoholic, especially if you really don't understand alcoholists,

you know, I didn't understand alcoholism at all, man, by sobriety date, that came into

the rooms in September 23rd of 1991, and that's my sobriety date, and I haven't touched

a drop of alcohol or a mind-altering, you know, dry goods sense, right, I did relapse

on dry goods in September of 91, you know, when I went on a trip, you know, against my

sponsors, better judgment, you know, I went against and, you know, I changed my sobriety
