I am Don and I am a recovered alcoholic.

And Matt, thank you so very much for that warm welcome. You know, when Matt asked me, the service side of me said,

sure, I'd be glad to be the speaker for the Friday night speaker series. And then that other

voice, it sounds just like me, started to say, well, what do you, can you do this?

I mean, that voice always tells me what I can't do.

But I've learned not to listen to it.

And I sat with what it was that I wanted to share.

And it's interesting because every time I start, I start off kind of shaky

until I can get into my groove with God. And so I thought about what it was that I wanted to talk about.

And what I am still facing with after 21 years of picking up the spiritual tools that were laid at my feet, lack of power.

Now, the thing that's interesting was the word dilemma really stuck out from me when I decided that this was going to be what I wanted to share on.

And on page 45 in Weagnostics, it says, lack of power. That was our dilemma. We had to find a power by which we could live. And it had to be a power greater than ourselves, obviously. I'm going to get back to the obviously piece. But where and how are we to find this power? So the first 100 men and women, they're telling us that

lack of power was their dilemma. And they're not saying that lack of power was their problem.

Because if I identify that something is a problem, then I know that the flip side of that is a solution.

But I'm going to give you the definition of dilemma if it was never given to you as you read through this book.

And yes, Matt, sometimes it is a word by word exercise.
