Hey everybody, I'm Texas Tea and I'm an alcoholic.

And I don't know why I was thinking about about Chris and Myers Raymer today, but maybe my Texas

accent was going to be stronger because I love those Texas boys. If you haven't heard them, I highly recommend

them. Anyway, I'm here today and I get 50 minutes to speak.

I'm watching that timer, I don't think it started yet.

But anyway, whether it has or not I'm going to speak and I'll just I'll just say that I got sober in December 25th 1990 that means I'm 32 years sober I got sober when I was 35 so that means I'm 67 years old and how I got to be that old, I don't know.

I mean, to some people it's young,

but to me, it's kind of like, well,

let me tell you something about having a higher power that I love that I never I mean who would have guessed that I would have to come to AA to find a higher power I I mean everything in a a a is just magical is mysterious it's amazing and it's all directed by a power greater than myself.

But but what I by a power greater than myself. But when I right before I was 260 I was freaking out because I'm just like I did not plan for this. I don't have a I didn't have a nest egg. I didn't have any idea how I was going to take care of myself in the future.

And so I looked up to the heavens and I just said, okay, this is your deal because I didn't plan for this.

So you must have some plans for me.

And I'm just going to keep my eyes open and pay attention to what you got for me because I'm out of ideas. I had done I've done everything on my bucket list so it is definitely your deal and and so you know all these little things that happen bring me closer to that power greater than me. It makes my
