In Alcoholics An Alcoholics Anonymous, once I started going to meetings, I couldn't just...

And I wasn't making myself not drink. In other words, I wasn't fighting alcohol. I wasn't making myself not drink.

In other words, I wasn't fighting alcohol.

I wasn't fighting bars or bottles or anything like that.

I didn't like billboards and things like that when I seen them, you know,

and they had stuff up there pertaining to drinking or anything.

But that was the fear that I had in me all the time,

the fear returning to the life, not the bottle,

but the life that I come from,

because it was a bad life.

It was a hard life.

It was a damn near killed me.

And so as I went along here,

going to meetings now, it took some time.

And it took some time to start realizing or start questioning myself, me.
