This is an unusual format for me to speak at especially on the topic that I got to choose.

But before I get started, I want to thank the new people who are here.

I was, I have not been, I was trying to get to your group here, I got a list of the meetings the last few weeks and the next few weeks and I was hoping to get to experience the format and I hadn't been.

But I'm just so grateful when you have new people here. I'm Bob and I'm an alcoholic and I'm from

Midwest United States, Iowa. I'm in Florida now I'm in Florida half time and in an

Iowa half time, but in the Midwest we have a tradition of how we introduce ourselves,

so we usually give our full name.
